artistic project: UN DUE TRE STELLA
Commissioned site-specific installation and performance
Developed for the Pinko store in Naples, One, Two, Three, Freeze transformed the retail
environment into a performative space where movement, memory and representation converged.
The project originated from a live performance inspired by the childhood game “One, Two, Three,
Freeze”. Models moved through the space until a hand clap abruptly interrupted the action, fixing
their bodies in temporary stillness. Their shadows and silhouettes became the starting point for a
permanent intervention within the store.
The upper floor was transformed through an extensive wall drawing that reimagined the existing
boiserie and architectural elements. Furniture, display structures and decorative motifs were hand-
drawn directly onto the walls, creating a parallel interior inhabited by birds, clocks and symbolic
details. Hidden among these drawings appeared the silhouettes of the architect responsible for the
store design, integrating the memory of the space’s creation into the artwork itself.
The installation was completed by a neon text piece and a large-scale mural inspired by decorative
Arabesque traditions, framing female figures within a visual language suspended between
ornament, narrative and contemporary mythology.
The project explored the relationship between movement and permanence, transforming
ephemeral actions into lasting traces embedded within the architecture of the space.
Progetto realizzato in collaborazione con lo studio Giovanni del Boca Alessandra Moretti e Angela Ferrari per la realizzazione dello store di Pinko a Napoli in via dei Mille. L’opera ha coinvolto modelle per la realizzazione dell’opera su muro e l’opera sottolinea il lavoro dell’artista in ricerca versatile e ricettivo anche verso il mondo della moda.
